Finally convinced myself to complete the post that I left unfinshed."one night @ the crazy car"

With minds made up for Haldirams at South Ex, we got out of the mall, crossed the road, to the car park at Atta Market. Suddenly, and completely out of the place, and reminding you that God exists every where ( or maybe his believers -- coz thay are the people that make God important, right ?), sprung up a Gurudwara, in a niche in the plot of The Centrestage Mall. Nice to see that people accepting chana and halwa prasad admist a pizza, burger district. We covered our heads, went inside the Gurudwara, sat for a while, while Patil and Maheswari stayed outside. Because they dont believe in the existence of God, probably. But by not going inside the place, I guess they rather acknowledged that there was something different about that place, otherwise they might have got in, by considering it to be just another building. I believe denial requires the acknowledgement of existence.

So now we move to the car park, sit in our car, Mridul slowly pulls the car out of the parking space, turns it and suddenly accelerates out of the lot in a swish, while a man shouts
frantically realising that he did a terrible mistake of trusting us people with Rs. 10, and that we were too fast for him to get caught. Its more of the kick of having done a thing like this rather than the actual monetary benefit of Rs 1.666 each person which made us laugh for quite a long time. Also was the reassurance that after two years of being as meek as sheep at IIT, or being forced to be as meek as sheep, we still have some balls left with us.(the metaphorical ones-- the physical ones are there for sure .. only not sure about anshul :P)

Once at South Ex, we have food to ur fill, and then move on to IIT to drop Patil , as he has his athletics practice early the next morning. Finally three people at the back seat... good!! :) But now a new dilema ... where to now?? sworn that it has to be a full night out, it ws only 12 midnight and 5 more hours left to kill.

We fill our car with 200 worth of petrol, Mridul calls up a couple of friends to know waht places in Delhi were still alive, and then we make our way for the now non functional Chankya Hall. Nice street food there, spent an hour or something. Betwwen " Woodland " really lives up to the claim it makes. Mridul run over the front wheel of his Santro over my foot, but the shoes were tough enough to save the day...or rather the night.

Next destination... India Gate... Delhi offers you very few choices... u see..

But a good decision it was... what amazing weather there!!! and it being a Sunday night, what a huge crowd!!!
We had an amazing time... specially with the wayward balloon!!

2:30 now... what next?
We caught the ring road, and decided to do a Delhi perambulation.
Halfway through, Mridul wants us to show his territory, so we move in to Rohini and then into DCE. Sad place, no one out in the night!!
Also, we tried out the guts of the Dogs of Rohini..... lesser than IITians!!
Almost 3:45 am
Time to head back tto the hostel!!
